Heavy Duty Tray Tables

After having spent so much time and effort on building beautiful tray tables, we very much want to see that they get to you undamaged.  So we pack them carefully, using Styrofoam, bubble wrap and shredded paper as needed and pack the set into a custom made box.  I don't make these boxes, we have Lakeway Container in Morristown make them up for us a couple hundred boxes at a time - one shipment lasts us quite a while.  They arrive folded flat and strapped to a palette.  We fold the box out and tape the bottom before loading it, then seal up the top when the tables are tucked snugly inside.

All taped up, shipping label in place and the FRAGILE stickers on, the shipment is ready to be picked up by the UPS man.

Nothing in life is 100% foolproof, but we do everything we can to prevent damage in shipping and use carriers who have proven reliable.  As a result very few shipments are damaged.  If yours should be one of these rare cases, let us know right away so we can initiate a claim.  All shipments are insured, so if damage occurs the carrier will pay for repair or replacement.  Keep the packaging, the carriers agent will need to see it.

We try to use recyclable materials in our packaging as much as possible, so please join us in this effort and recycle these materials once your tables are unpacked.
