    The standard hours of operation in our workshop are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday.

For our customers:
    Woodworking is an inherently dangerous business: a moment of inattentiveness and a thumb or a finger will be laying on the floor or a piece of wood sticking out of my chest.  Many people are permanently crippled or killed every year doing this work.

    Safety is our primary concern.  Therefore we do NOT have a 3-ring rule as most business offices do.  We will not rush a cut or abandon a running tool in order to lunge for the phone.  Our phone system captures incoming phone numbers and flags those that were not answered.  If it rings too many times, it will pipe you into a voice mail utility.  If it does this, please leave a message with your name and reason for your call.  Under normal conditions we will return your call immediately: we've already stopped our work to get the phone, we might as well finish that up.  We do not return calls from Anonymous or ID-blocked numbers.

    You may call us before or after business hours, the same phone number rings in our work areas and our home.  But please be aware that while we are at home we do not have access to the information in our business office.  They are two separate places.
