In October of 2003 the Federal Trade Commission established the national Do Not Call Registry where people who do not wish to be bothered by tele-marketers can register this preference.  On January 1st of 2005 The F.T.C. issued a ruling that all businesses engaged in telephone solicitation MUST download the Do Not Call registry list (available for free from their web site: www.DoNotCall.gov) at least once every 31 days and use it to filter their call lists to remove all phone numbers listed in the D.N.C Registry.  Failure to comply with this order can result in investigation by the Federal Trade Commission and prosecution.

Our phone number has been listed on the Do Not Call registry since November 2nd of 2005.  If you disregard the D.N.C. Registry and interrupt our work flow with tele-marketer prattle, we will report you by filing a complaint with the F.T.C. through their web site.
