This is the amount of time we expect it will take to build this project. These estimates are based on past experience with similar projects, and assume that no more problems than usual will occur during this time frame. Sometimes things go especially well, and we finish more quickly, sometimes we suffer unforeseen problems and it takes a little longer. |
