Betty W.  contacted us from the Seattle area and said that she had purchased several pieces of commercial furniture for her daughter; Kiana's, room and now wanted the 4 post bed that goes with the set, but the company is no longer producing it.  Could we custom make the bed for her? Could we custom design it to suit her tastes? We answered yes to both questions.

The four post bed shown is Full Size: 61" wide, 82" long, with 75" tall posts.  This bed is built with bed rail hooks so it easily breaks down for transport or moving yet remains very sturdy when in use.  The posts for this bed are made from laminated hardwood stock to help prevent them from bowing.  Kians'a bed was made of poplar, then primed and sanded so a local finishing shop could apply a specialty finish and hand painted decoration to match the rest of the set.
