Lucille S. scoured St. Louis looking for a curio cabinet in which to store her 28" Armond Marce' doll, which is over 100 years old.  She had received it as a child, and had treasured it all her life.  Lucille had recently had the doll completely refurbished in preparation of handing her down to her own daughter, but she needed a secure cabinet that would protect and display 'Christina' properly.  One St Louis shop keeper suggested that Lucille have us build her a custom cabinet for Christina.

We built this doll cabinet of Poplar and Birch with a hand rubbed oil finish.  The display case shown is 42 1/2" x 15" x 15" overall (30" x 12 1/2" x 12 1/2" inside) and features a snug compartment in the base where a special box containing Christina's original clothing is stored for safe keeping.  Now Christina is ready to be treasured by yet another generation.
