We designed and built this corner entertainment center for Bill P. of Manchester MO because he needed a large, sturdy unit that would fit precisely into a corner space he had available.  An extra twist he tossed us was that Bill enjoys refinishing furniture and wanted to do the finishing work himself, and his finishing area is in his basement.  So we needed to design this cabinet so that it would come apart into pieces that could be carried down his basement steps for finishing, then brought back up for assembly in his living room.

When it was all done and in use, his son -- who is an engineer -- said that he was impressed with the precision of the joinery; he could hardly tell where it had come apart for moving.
