These dining chairs were originally designed as part of a Rustic Dining Suit for a family in Dandridge TN to use in their lakeside cabin.  Built of wormy oak,they were perfect for a cabin or log home, built of conventional hardwoods they are suitable for any home.

Available as a side chair or as an arm chair, they can be made in a variety of woods and finishes to compliment your decor.  They use mortise & tenon joinery throughout for superior strength.  As a friend once said, "This is a chair you could take into a bar brawl and expect to win."  We'll take his word on that!

The design of this dining suit is elegant enough that if built of a standard hardwood and using a classic turned pedestal instead of the log, it would be at home in the finest of dining rooms.
