This Arts & Crafts style computer desk is part of a project we did for Dr. Calvin M., a pastor living in Jefferson City TN who wanted to refurbish his study.  He had a regular desk, a computer hutch, filing cabinets and an assortment of shelving units for his books.  Nothing matched.  Most were bought from discount stores and were made of veneered particle board that was already getting rickety and looking worn.

He wanted a system that would fill the end wall of his study, placing his desk in front of the centered window and leaving the view unencumbered, one or more shelves above, and huge floor-to-ceiling book cases on either side.  He wanted it all to be made of solid oak, stained to match the rest of his furniture and built to out-last him.  He was very pleased with the results.

Unfortunately we were not able to get any good photos of the whole assembly once it was installed in his study, we don't have the special camera lenses needed to take wide angle shots in a small room.
